1. Services & Products
Myth Media provides graphic design, animation, and related creative services, as well as physical products such as prints or wedding materials.
2. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, and digital files remain the property of Myth Media until full payment is received.
Once paid in full, ownership transfers as agreed in writing between Myth Media and the client.
Myth Media reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, marketing, and advertising, with identifying personal information removed or altered.
3. Payments
A deposit is typically required before work begins (commonly 50% upfront unless otherwise agreed).
Final payment is due upon completion, before final files or physical products are delivered.
Payment methods accepted: PayPal, Square, and other gateways supported by WooCommerce, processed through our Fifth Third business account.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Digital Services: Non-refundable once work has been started.
Physical Products: Refunds or replacements will only be issued if damage occurs before shipping. Once an item is handed to the shipping carrier, Myth Media is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage.
5. Shipping
Currently, Myth Media ships only within the United States.
Delivery times are estimates only; delays caused by shipping carriers are outside of our control.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, materials, and proof of ownership for anything submitted for use in a project.
Myth Media is not responsible for legal issues arising from client-provided materials.
7. Limitations of Liability
Myth Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Responsibility is limited to the total amount paid for services/products in question.
8. Dispute Resolution
Myth Media will make every effort to reach a fair compromise with clients if issues arise.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and handled through Indiana courts.
